What We're Looking For

Your specific educational background is not crucial, but you should be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program. Ideally you have at least two years before your graduation. What matters most is your interest in early‑career talent programs and your curiosity to learn through hands‑on experience.

 

Beyond your studies, we imagine you bring:

• A structured, detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of accuracy
• Interest in working with attracting early talent and global programs
• An ability to work independently and take ownership of your tasks
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working with PowerPoint and SharePoint (HR systems experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
