Role Overview:
As a Revenue Operations Data Analyst at OneApp, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions and revenue growth. Partnering with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations, you will analyze performance trends, develop impactful reports and dashboards, and support data-driven initiatives that improve efficiency and business outcomes.

- Work Hours: Full Time, Hours 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday (your local time)
Key Responsibilities
- Write and optimize SQL queries against Snowflake and MySQL databases to extract,
transform, and analyze data. - Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI for
stakeholders across the business. - Partner with team members to translate business questions into clear, well-scoped
analytical deliverables. - Validate data quality and investigate discrepancies between source systems and
reporting layers. - Document data sources, definitions, metrics, and report logic to support self-service
analytics. - Support ad-hoc analysis requests and contribute to recurring business reviews.
- Continuously look for opportunities to streamline manual processes and improve
reporting efficiency.
Qualifications & Criteria
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics,
Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent hands on experience. - Working proficiency with SQL, including experience writing queries in Snowflake and
MySQL (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions). - Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, including data
modeling and basic DAX. - Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, particularly around CRM data, marketing/sales
reporting, or HubSpot data exports. - Understanding of data flows and how data moves between source systems,
warehouses, and reporting tools (ETL/ELT concepts). - Experience defining or working with KPIs and business metrics frameworks.
- Familiarity with automation concepts — scheduled refreshes, alerting, workflow tools
(e.g., Power Automate, Zapier), or scripting (Python preferred). - Exposure to version control (Git) and modern analytics workflows.
