PROSPECTS is a multi-year programme launched in 2019 by the Netherlands, bringing together major partners to promote long-term, development-focused solutions to forced displacement across eight countries. It supports system reform, cross-sector collaboration, and evidence-based approaches, with initiatives like digital ID integration, skills development, and inclusive policy advocacy. Within UNICEF, the Skills & Secondary Education pillar contributes by linking education systems to skills development and coordinating with partners. The consultant will support the Digital Opportunity Accelerator by improving coordination, workflows, and knowledge systems, and by developing practical tools to enhance programme efficiency and sustainability under the supervision of the Global Lead.
