We are looking for a passionate and driven Table Gaming Manager to lead our table games and poker operations, delivering unforgettable experiences and driving performance in one of the most exciting environments in hospitality.
From Blackjack to Poker, you’ll be at the helm of the action - leading a skilled team, optimising performance through data-driven decisions, and ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class gaming experience.
You will:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of dealers and supervisors
Drive growth in handle and margin efficiency across all table games and poker.
Responsible for achieving and exceeding gaming performance targets.
Use Tangam software and insights to optimise table performance.
Deliver exceptional customer service and player protection standards.
Be a key decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager.
Skills & Experience Needed:
Proven leadership experience in a live gaming environment.
In-depth knowledge of table games and poker operations, including rules, compliance, and player protection standards.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and tools (e.g., Tangam software) to optimise performance.
Excellent communication and people management skills – able to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
Commercial awareness with a track record of driving revenue, margin efficiency, and operational excellence.
Customer-focused mindset, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions, including acting as the key decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager.
Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
