What you’ll be doing

As a Finance Assistant in our Finance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our billing processes run smoothly. You will report to the Finance Manager and collaborate closely with various departments to gather essential billing information. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help us maintain our high standards of service.


Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients according to contractual terms.

  • Monitor and track billing schedules for timely submission of invoices.

  • Assist in reconciling billing accounts and resolving discrepancies.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of billing transactions and client communications.

  • Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payments.


What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Previous experience in a billing or finance support role is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, SAGE).

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in a fast-paced finance environment.

  • A minimum of a foundation level qualification in finance.

  • Knowledge of VAT, tax regulations, and financial compliance standards.
