Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care - Patchogue - Per Diem

Sun River Health is currently seeking Per Diem Nurse Practitioner to join our team supporting the Patchogue site. A Nurse Practitioner, under the direction of the of a physician, is responsible for planning, evaluating and delivering the health care of patients on assigned service. Emphases preventative health measures and education of patients. She/he will perform other duties as assigned and in compliance with systems and job specific standards.
