Job Purpose
This role is located at MMC (in Ohio)
The Business Planning Analyst provides general support to the Strategic Collaboration Team Lead & DMS leadership to enable effective DMS division business planning and operational success. This is accomplished through operational reporting, strategic communication, support of cross-functional events, and coordinating engagement activities. This position serves as a developmental role, building foundational business planning, operational performance reporting, strategy, and stakeholder engagement skills while supporting division-level initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Key Accountabilities
- Successful monthly division level operational performance meetings (QCD) and follow up output
- Tracking of division non-compliance items to remediation
- Execution and tracking of engagement activities as assigned
- Support of other team activities as assigned
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- Completion of a 2- or 4-year degree program, or comparable work experience
- 2 to 6 years of applicable experience in a business, analytical, financial, operational, or planning support role
- Experience supporting business operations, planning cycles, reporting activities, or cross‑functional initiatives in a corporate or professional environment is preferred
