As an Account Manager, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid-sized companies in both the private and public sectors ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿข

You will work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships ๐Ÿค

Acting as a true product expert, you will be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ’ก

 

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ As part of your missions

๐Ÿค Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients

๐Ÿ” Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention

๐Ÿ“ˆ Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets

๐Ÿง  Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions

๐Ÿ“Š Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage

 

๐Ÿ‘ค Profile Required

๐ŸŽ“ Bachelorโ€™s degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience

๐ŸŒ Fluent Arabic / English bilingual

๐Ÿงญ Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Excellent presentation and communication skills

๐Ÿ—‚๏ธ Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project

๐ŸŒ Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment

๐Ÿ“š Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products
