As an Account Manager, you will engage with senior executives of multinational corporations as well as mid-sized companies in both the private and public sectors ๐๐ข
You will work closely with CEOs, Board members, and management teams to develop and grow strategic client relationships ๐ค
Acting as a true product expert, you will be the voice of the customer internally, collaborating with sales, development, and marketing teams ๐ค๐ก
๐ ๏ธ As part of your missions
๐ค Build and nurture strong relationships with a portfolio of key clients
๐ Manage contract renewals and ensure long-term customer retention
๐ Identify and act on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve targets
๐ง Act as a consultant on the product, supporting and guiding clients in their use of the solutions
๐ Monitor KPIs related to business cases and product usage
๐ค Profile Required
๐ Bachelorโs degree (minimum) with at least 5 years of relevant experience
๐ Fluent Arabic / English bilingual
๐งญ Ability to develop long-term strategic plans for customers
๐ฃ๏ธ Excellent presentation and communication skills
๐๏ธ Strong ability to manage all aspects of a project
๐ Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment
๐ Strong desire to learn and become a functional expert on multiple software products
