Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Weekend Scheduler to support logistics operations during peak weekend activity. The role focuses on coordinating and optimizing pickup schedules using internal systems to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule pickups using the company’s internal system
Review pre-set delivery appointments and assign optimal pickup times
Coordinate and adjust pickup schedules throughout the day as needed
Analyze delivery timelines and transit requirements to ensure operational efficiency
Maintain high accuracy in scheduling and data entry
Ensure timely execution of all weekend pickup operations
Communicate and coordinate within internal workflows to support smooth logistics flow

Working schedule:
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (10 hours)
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (10 hours)
