Employment Team Lead

The Employment Team Lead is responsible for providing oversight, coordination, and leadership to the employment specialists team. This position provides direct support and services to clients who are interested in employment and/or continuing education. This position will work to develop partnerships with local businesses, hiring agencies, volunteer organizations, and education institutions and act as a liaison between these community partners, clients, and service providers. The Employment Team Lead will foster a person-centered approach, utilizing a harm reduction model facilitated through community education, modeling, and consultation. This position will maintain a strong connection to the broader Adult Services Team and Rutland Mental Health.
