
Executive - Coding Operations Support
Job Description
Position Summary
The Executive, Database Operations Support is responsible for processing coding-related requests, supporting host access and service needs, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of coding activities in accordance with approved rules and procedures. The role serves as the frontline execution point for daily coding support and related follow-up.
Primary Responsibility
- Process player coding, decode, flagging, and related service requests accurately and within service timelines.
- Verify request completeness and ensure transactions are handled in accordance with approved coding rules and procedures.
- Support hosts with coding-related queries, account access requests, and follow-up actions within the team’s scope.
- Maintain accurate case records, logs, and documentation for all requests handled.
- Follow established control checks and escalate incomplete, unclear, or exception cases to the Supervisor.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams where additional verification or action is required.
- Monitor pending cases and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Support operational reporting, reconciliation, and data preparation as assigned.
- Participate in process testing, training, and rollout support for any updates to coding rules or workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance with internal policies at all times.
Requirements
- Diploma or above, preferably in business, hospitality, operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations support, administration, customer service, loyalty operations, or similar roles.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow established procedures accurately.
- Good communication skills and service mindset.
- Able to work efficiently under time pressure and manage multiple requests.
- Comfortable with system-based processing and basic reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is preferred.
- Willingness to work shift-based hours and support a 7-day operation.
