This role provides nutrition education to persons served and correctional staff while serving as a nutrition resource within the facility. Working under the direction of licensed medical leadership, the position collaborates with healthcare staff to support nutritional care and counseling. The role also ensures required documentation, reporting, and compliance activities are completed accurately and on time.
