Overview Job Profile Strategic Account Leadership: Possess 5-7+ years of experience in managing end-to-end advertising accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata1MG etc
Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, and other ecommerce platforms to help brands navigate growth opportunities effectively
Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring alignment with their goals and delivering impactful outcomes
Lead monthly, quarterly business planning, review meetings, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) discussions to achieve client objectives
Campaign and Account Oversight: Guide the team in planning, creating, and executing paid media strategies tailored to client needs
Oversee overall account performance, ensuring campaigns are optimized to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, conversions, and profitability
New Business Development: Conduct research to analyze category trends, competitive landscape, market size, and growth potential
Lead comprehensive brand audits to identify challenges, gaps, and growth opportunities in current setups
Develop customized strategies and actionable plans to address these challenges and achieve sustainable business growth for clients
Data-Driven Decision Making: Perform detailed analysis of ecommerce and business data to uncover insights, identify risks, and capitalize on opportunities for growth
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new team members into the organization
Mentor and manage Managers, enabling them to upskill and take on leadership
for account management
Ecommerce Best Practices: Stay abreast of platform trends, advancements in ecommerce, and evolving consumer behavior to drive innovation
Recommend and implement best practices to improve market share, enhance conversion rates, and maximize brand performance Additional information Key attributes: Curiosity to learn & grow in a fast-paced environment Agile & proactive when suggesting ideas or brainstorming with team/client Ability to take ownership & working with brands & Ecommerce platforms Upskilling constantly to keep up with the industry trends & updates Familiarity with API integration and technical experience is an added advantage.
