Job Description
NAES Canada is seeking a Plant Engineer to lead engineering and performance initiatives and coordinate environmental compliance and program support at the Cascade Power Project in Yellowhead County, approximately 12 kilometres southwest of Edson, Alberta.
The Cascade Power Project is a state-of-the-art, 900-megawatt combined-cycle power generation facility located in Alberta. Fueled by natural gas and featuring two Siemens SCC6-8000H power trains, the plant is equipped with advanced, high-efficiency industrial turbines. In operation since mid-2024, the facility represents a major step forward in delivering reliable, sustainable, and technologically advanced energy to the region.
