This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Travel Performance Manager based in the United States.

This role is responsible for driving growth and efficiency across a B2B travel product’s paid acquisition strategy.
You will own the performance marketing portfolio, managing investment decisions across search, social, programmatic, CTV, audio, and emerging channels.
The position combines strategic planning, hands-on execution, creative testing, and advanced measurement to accelerate customer acquisition.
You will play a key role in improving conversion from new business sign-ups to first-time bookings while maximizing marketing efficiency.
Working closely with analytics, product, creative, and lifecycle teams, you will influence how travel solutions reach and engage business customers.
