Job Title: Janitorial General Cleaner (Restroom Specialist) Location: Nashville, TN 37214 (Near the Nashville International Airport / BNA) Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour Shift: Part-Time | Monday – Friday | 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM (20 hours/week) Position Overview Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and looking for a consistent part-time evening schedule? We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial General Cleaner to join our team, with a primary focus on maintaining clean, sanitized, and welcoming restroom facilities at our location near the Nashville airport. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to supplement their income, students, or those who prefer working independently in a structured environment. No weekends required! Key Responsibilities Sanitize & Clean: Thoroughly clean and disinfect all restroom surfaces, including toilets, urinals, sinks, countertops, and mirrors. Restock Supplies: Monitor and replenish soap dispensers, paper towels, toilet paper, and other essential supplies. Floor Care: Sweep, damp mop, and disinfect restroom floors. Waste Removal: Empty trash cans, replace liners, and dispose of waste in designated outdoor dumpsters. Detailing: Wipe down walls, partitions, doors, and high-touch fixtures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the correct dilution and use of cleaning chemicals and displaying "Wet Floor" signs when necessary. Qualifications & Requirements Screenings: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening prior to employment. Physical Stamina: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly, and comfortably stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a 4-hour shift. Reliability: Dependable transportation to the airport area and a strong track record of punctuality. Attention to Detail: A pride in your work and a keen eye for cleanliness. Independence: Ability to work efficiently with minimal direct supervision once trained. Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate! Why Join Us?
