Job Description
Principal Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, supplier information, and contract agreements
• Vendor Screening Review and Documentation
• Supplier Life Cycle (SLP) Initiation and Maintenance
• Risk Management Documentation before Business Award to New Vendors (NDA, COC, COI, EHS Agreements Sign-off, etc)
• Vendor Master Data Maintenance and Optimization Activities
• Sourcing Event Documentation (only after Category Sourcing Lead defined Potential Vendor List)
• Finance GR/IR Review and Follow-up
• Open PO Review and Follow-up
• Vendor Invalid Invoicing Correction Review
• Business Assistance of Other Non-Traded, Non-3rd Party Vendor Solution (Directly Payment to Individual Landlord, Cleaner, Driver and to Membership, Association, etc)
• Vendor Offers Review to Stakeholders ≤ USD 10K (to be reviewed, depending on the category strategy and vendor consolidation progress)
• Other Purchasing Business Support
Required Skills:
• Work experience at least 1 year or more. Nice to have working experience as buyer/Junior sourcing
• English CET4/6 is must. Nice to have capability of English communication during daily work
• Willing to work hard and have clear objective for career develop as Procurement
