Account Manager Trainer

What You'll Do
Design & Deliver Training Programs
Develop and facilitate training programs for Account Managers and other client-facing team members. You'll ensure employees understand the people, processes, systems, and skills needed to succeed in their roles.
Coach & Develop Talent
Provide ongoing coaching through one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and performance-based development initiatives. Help employees build confidence, strengthen skills, and improve results.
Partner Across the Business
Collaborate with department leaders to identify development opportunities, address skill gaps, and align training initiatives with business objectives.
Measure Training Effectiveness
Track participation, performance, and business impact. Use data and feedback to continuously improve training programs and share insights with leadership.
Maintain Compliance & Standards
Ensure all training content remains aligned with company policies, industry requirements, and applicable regulations.
Drive Continuous Improvement
Stay informed on learning and development best practices and continuously enhance training programs to maximize effectiveness and engagement.
What You'll Bring

Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization abilities

Experience developing and delivering training programs for client-facing teams

Ability to build strong relationships and influence across departments

A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to learning and development
-
Alignment with ATG's GRIT values and enterprise mindset

2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Sales Enablement, or Talent Development

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred
Key Areas of Training Responsibility
Client Relationship Management
Train Account Managers to:

Build consultative, long-term customer relationships

Serve as trusted advisors and primary points of contact

Maintain consistent communication and engagement
-
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through accountability and ownership
Renewals, Growth & Revenue Retention
Develop Account Managers' ability to:

Manage renewals proactively and accurately
-
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions
-
Communicate the value of ATG services and offerings
-
Support customer retention and long-term account growth
Proactive Account Management
Coach team members on how to:

Anticipate customer needs and identify potential risks
-
Address challenges before they escalate
-
Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence
-
Drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty
Account Manager Enablement
Ensure Account Managers have the knowledge needed to:

Stay current on Autodesk products, licensing models, pricing, and promotions

Guide customers through solution selection and licensing decisions
-
Identify opportunities to maximize customer value and adoption

Position ATG as a trusted industry partner
