Job Description
Ridley Feed Ingredients, an Alltech® company, is seeking a full‑time Customer Service Representative to join our Mendota, IL team. We specialize in thoroughly researched, competitively priced micro feed ingredients, vitamin and mineral premixes, and feed additives serving regional manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, and large livestock and poultry producers.
Position Overview
This role serves as the primary customer contact within the office. Responsibilities include receiving customer orders via phone, email, fax, or other channels; entering orders into D365 following established SOPs; monitoring order progress through production and scheduling; coordinating inbound and outbound shipments with other Alltech locations; keeping customers informed; and processing invoices.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and process customer orders
Enter orders into D365 and follow through to invoicing
Coordinate production scheduling, delivery, and pickup
Communicate order status updates to customers
Support inter‑location shipments
Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service and communication skills
Solid computer and math skills
Ag‑industry experience is a plus
