Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM) (FC)

  EMCOR Government Services is seeking a talented Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager (ACMM) for the Operations and Maintenance Services for Fort Carson Evans Army Community Hospital in Fort Carson, Colorado.   The ACCM will manage Operations and Maintenance (O&M), repair, minor construction and sustainment contract for a government healthcare facilities program. Serve as interface between the customer and the company. Deliver exceptional site leadership, customer service, positive employee engagement, and compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements, while meeting safety and quality performance requirements.
