Acerca del puesto:
Responsable de coordinar las áreas de almacenamiento de materia prima y producto terminado. Garantizar el surtimiento oportuno de componentes y empaques a producción, cumplir con la recepción de materias primas y asegurar embarques en tiempo, siguiendo PEPS y los procedimientos de seguridad y calidad.
A quien buscamos:
- Escolaridad: Ingeniería o Licenciatura (afín)
- 3–5 años en industria automotriz (almacenes, logística, materiales)
- Liderazgo operativo con balance piso–gestión
- Perfil analítico, organizado y con sentido de urgencia
- Experiencia en Tier 2 / Tier 1
- Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y con recursos limitados
- Alta confiabilidad y alineación con liderazgo
Habilidades técnicas:
- Operación de almacén (recepción, almacenamiento, surtido, embarque)
Control de materiales, trazabilidad, orden operativo y FIFO - SAP y Excel intermedio
- Cadena de suministro (nivel operativo)
- Normatividad: IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NOM-006-STPS, CTPAT (deseable)
Responsabilidades Principales
- Asegurar flujo de materiales de punta a punta
- Mantener orden y control del almacén (layout, ubicaciones, FIFO)
- Supervisar embarques y recepción
- Liderar personal y Team Leaders (ejecución, incidencias, prioridades)
- Monitorear inventarios de empaque (detección de desviaciones y escalación)
- Dar seguimiento a recursos críticos (materiales)
- Asegurar cumplimiento de seguridad, calidad y orden.
- Atender auditorías y requerimientos de corporativo (inglés)
- Implementar mejoras en operación
