The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Senior Engineer: Mine Production, you will be responsible for all mining aspects including the development and implementation of production plans in line with short to medium term planning targets.

What You’ll Do
- Development and implementation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly production plans in line with operational targets.
- Ensure that stope designs and subsequent drill and blast plans maximise ore extraction and minimise dilution.
- Direct and lead all members of the technical and operational mining team and ensure goal unity through concise communication
- Role model our core values and create a culture where every team member feels seen, supported, and valued.
What You’ll Bring
- Have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven underground engineering experience, preferably gold, with exposure to all production phases including ventilation and experience in Drill and Blast, ideally Longhole Open Stoping and/or Inclined Room and Pillar methods.
- Exposure to Mining software Deswik CAD and UGDB would be highly regarded.
- A growth mindset, with strong communication, responsibility, and relationship-building skills.
