GENERAL SUMMARY
Under supervision and following established policies and department procedures operate various fund transfers and communication computer systems as described in Essential Functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operate Payplus wire application and process funds transfers (incoming and outgoing).
Operate SWIFT system and process various types of SWIFT messages.
Input outgoing wires on Payplus and SWIFT applications with the highest degree of accuracy.
Assist with wire investigations.
Repair online banking wires.
Track wires received from Branches or Departments, research disputes.
Distribute Incoming SWIFT messages to internal departments.
Ensure accurate maintenance of daily production logs.
Assist with filing.
Process various wire requests in PEGA automation system.
Record statistics for assigned job functions.
Ensure SWIFT MT950s & MT942 statements are sent daily.
Perform End-of-Day balancing.
Input wire on Fedline Advantage, as needed.
Work variable hours which may be adjusted to accommodate workflow.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School graduate. Some college preferred.
Experience: Previous banking experience in wire transfer processing environment preferred.
Skills/Ability: PC proficient, type minimum 50 wpm, and ten-key by touch. Good math skills. Detail oriented with high emphasis on accuracy. Ability to communicate effectively with Bank team members as well as Correspondent Bank employees.

$25.10 - $26.83 / hourPay determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
