Position Summary:

Develops and maintains a strong relationship with dealer network, to support their PGA business and help them grow. Meets and exceeds PGA subsidiary sales objectives through revenue increase and healthy margins. Works to ensure that inventory levels are aligned with company needs and kept at low levels.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in agribusiness or related industry.
  • Strong/advanced Excel skills (beyond basic reporting — e.g., analysis, dashboards).
  • Experience using ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Degree specifically aligned to business or engineering (if you want to prioritize certain profiles).
  • Experience implementing retail sales programs or dealer incentive programs.
  • Exposure to inventory planning, retail merchandising, or promotional strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, retail sales, or account management.
  • Experience working with or supporting a dealer/distributor network.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for sales tracking and reporting).
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to support dealer network. ​

Position Overview:

  • Meets and exceeds PGA subsidiary sales objectives.
  • Maintains and supports active dealer network to ensure sales goals are met.
  • Keeps presence at dealer network through scheduled visits to assist the dealers with all PGA retail sales programs.
  • Identifies and multiplies best practices across dealers.
  • Assists dealers with Polaris official programs (e.g. PGA Retail Rewards Program).
  • Ensure that all dealers consistently maintain sufficient supply inventory of PGA.
  • Encourages and participates in dealer PGA retail advertising and promotional activities.
  • Drives dealerships to stock accessories and clothing in an appropriate display.
  • Provides and implements retail sales training at the dealer level.
  • Always represents Polaris in a professional manner and promotes professionalism within the dealer network.
  • Assists dealers in creating business opportunities within their territories.
  • Reports on problems, status, trends and attitudes of dealer network to management.
