Quality Engineer

Introduction - Working closely with the Quality Manager to improve the Business Management processes in line with the Regulatory, Customer and Business needs.- Supporting and hosting Customer Audits and visits as well as a Customer Focal for Quality.- Driving effective Continual Improvement activities in the Value Stream to deliver RFT and COPQ objectives – including PPAP, Control Plans, 8D RCCA.- Deliver planned Internal Audits to support annual internal audit plan and manage non-conformances to completion on time.- Drive improvements in the Quality Culture.- Quality Training.- Deliver the Value Stream Quality Improvement Plan.- Coaching, Training, engagement and visual on shop floor.- BMS Process, Procedure Documentation creation.- Pro active problem identification...
