Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Tax Intelligence initiative — a high-impact program that leverages technology and data science to unlock significant value through tax optimization across Brazil's complex fiscal landscape.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for a suite of tax-driven products that optimize fulfillment decisions, prevent tax-inefficient sourcing, recover tax credits, and ensure regulatory compliance at scale.
You will operate at the intersection of tax policy, supply chain operations, and technology — translating Brazil's intricate tax framework into scalable product solutions that generate measurable financial impact across millions of transactions.
Key job responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy for tax optimization initiatives with significant contribution profit impact
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning Tax, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Data Science to deliver high-impact product launches
- Own real-time decision engines that influence fulfillment routing for tax-optimal outcomes across Brazilian states
- Build and scale AI/ML-powered solutions that simulate tax scenarios and maximize net benefit across cost dimensions
- Partner with legal and tax teams to translate regulatory changes into product opportunities
- Develop metrics frameworks and business reviews to track performance across key operational dimensions
- Drive cost-to-serve optimization by identifying fulfillment inefficiencies and unlocking new savings levers

- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience using SQL
