What will you do it?
Excellent Communication Skills
You’ll interact with a wide range of stakeholders including Procurement Representatives, Project and Installation Managers, Suppliers, Company Owners, Legal, and EHS teams. Clear and effective communication is key.
Critical Thinking
Onboarding subcontractors involves navigating challenges such as incorrect commodity codes and ERP system discrepancies. We need someone who can think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
Strong Sense of Urgency
Many onboarding requests are tied to urgent projects. The ability to quickly identify and engage the right contacts to expedite processes is essential.
Regional Management Skills
Each team member manages onboarding for a specific region and is responsible for maintaining cycle time goals. Ownership and accountability are crucial.
Continuous Improvement Mindset
We’re constantly evolving to meet stakeholder demands. You’ll be expected to identify root causes, propose solutions, and contribute to process enhancements regularly.
What are we looking for?
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience communicating with suppliers
Intermediate Excel skills for regional analytics
Background in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Familiarity with the various divisions (HVAC, Fire and TIS) within Americas Procurement
Knowledge of JCI Commodity Codes and Categories
