Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in High Value / Secure Logistics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with Operations, Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure service feasibility and implementation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and regular performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in High Value Logistics, secure logistics, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of security, risk, and compliance in logistics operations.
  • Result-oriented and able to work independently.
