MS Functional Support Analyst

This role involves providing functional support and advisory services to managed services customers across all Oracle Fusion HCM modules, commonly deployed including Payroll This will include the provision of advisory services to clients, identifying areas where organizations can further leverage the value of their Oracle applications.
It will also include the ongoing management of Incidents, Requests, Changes and Problems while liaising with technical support and service delivery teams. Clients will be primarily based in North America and EMEA regions. The role is predominantly remote though it may involve occasional visit to internal offices and client sites.
