Sales Enablement Lead - TPS
Job Description
The TPS Sales Training and Development Manager Primary Responsibilities include: • Develop and execute a global enablement strategy covering Salesforce, product, technical, and solutions-sales training. • Build and manage centralized SharePoint repositories for training materials, bid content, proposals, technical documentation, and reusable sales assets. • Partner with Product Management, Sales Leadership, Solutions Architects, and Operations to align enablement with growth initiatives and new product launches. • Create onboarding, certification, and continuous-learning programs for Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical, and Partner teams. • Standardize proposal-development and bid-response best practices across global verticals. • Measure enablement effectiveness through KPIs including adoption, certifications, pipeline impact, technical readiness, and sales productivity.
