Bender CCP is seeking an experienced Welder 2nd shift to join our team specializing in the repair and refurbishment of engineered rotating equipment. This role involves the fabrication, fitting, and welding of metal components used in pumps, turbines, compressors, and other industrial rotating machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision in a fast-paced repair and manufacturing environment. Candidates must have hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and Flux-Core welding processes and must be able to successfully pass a 6G weld test
