Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Own end‑to‑end TCP delivery for all projects under the platform
Set and cascade vehicle and system‑level TCP targets across projects
Drive inter‑project and inter‑function trade‑offs within approved limits
Decide acceptance or rejection of TCP deviations and lead escalations
Ensure alignment of engineering, manufacturing, purchase and finance decisions to platform TCP
Approve reallocation of material cost and investments within defined thresholds
Resolve inter‑system and inter‑function conflicts decisively
Ensure timely vehicle handover to manufacturing, sales and marketing with quality sign‑offs
Own platform budgets and monitor utilization with finance
Ensure process adherence, quality standards and stage‑gate discipline across projects
