Senior Director, Chief of Staff, Strategy and Operations at Dahl Consulting

Develop a scaled strategic narrative across all components of the business, synthesizing communication decisions between management and the broader organization, and ensuring strategy and priority alignment.
Establish and run a solid business cadence, driving regular business reviews with executive stakeholders and key partner teams enabling annual strategic planning, HC and budget management, conflict management, running programs to improve efficiencies, growth and scale.
Drive the formation of our strategic vision and roadmap, and define and lead strategic and operational initiatives. Serve as proxy for the VP of AIF.
Manage and lead critical operational initiatives across AIF, developing compelling recommendations to the AIF and Core leadership team.
Act as an integrator, connecting work streams that would otherwise remain siloed and ensure alignment with cross-functional partners. Lead team of highly-motivated professionals to execute in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
