Lead, Public Works

Team Leader, Public Works & Local Infrastructure: Halff has an immediate opening for a Public Works Team Lead (P.E.) to work from our San Antonio TX office. The ideal candidate would be a servant leader that brings 10+ years of hands-on, proven experience in Public Works & Local Infrastructure/Utilities. This position requires strong design and project management experience and knowledge of working with local entities. This position will have autonomy in managing other professional engineers, engineers-in-training, and CAD designers. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas. Strong ability to train and mentor staff. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree.
