Registered Nurse, ASC (PRN)

Upperline Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to be responsible for the delivery and documentation of preparing patients for surgery. The nursing role during this phase is to ensure that all documentation needed, and the patient is properly prepared for their surgical procedure. The PACU Nurse is responsible for the delivery and documentation of patient care after surgery is complete. The nursing role during this phase is to ensure that the patient is awake and stable before being discharged to their home.
