Job Description
MAIN PURPOSE
Act as the primary point of contact between the Marketing team and cross-functional departments (Sales, Training, PR, VM, CRM, etc.), ensuring effective collaboration and alignment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competitive strategies related to the category to make recommendations to the Marketing Manager
- Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products, and animate the core catalogue within the category
- Adapt communication material (imagery, digital, point-of-sale) for the category
- Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistics, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build the broader business strategy for the category; meet deadlines
- Manage sales forecast accuracy, including forecasting product sell-out targets and stock levels for the category
- Make recommendations to management on the category based on expertise in consumer behavior, the market, and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memo, etc.)
- Manage samples and develop sampling strategies for key products.
- Create promotional items such as GWP, leaflets, brochures, and catalogs.
- Plan and execute CRM strategies (e.g., customer lifecycle management, retention programs, personalization campaigns) to drive consumer engagement and loyalty
- Leverage CRM data and customer insights to analyze consumer behavior, segment audiences, and optimize marketing performance
- Monitor and report CRM campaign performance (e.g., open rate, conversion, retention) and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related field.
- Fluent in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
- Passionate about beauty, with a strong ability to identify new trends and develop concepts
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate across various departments.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
