TACHES LIEES A LA MISSION:
- Veiller à la qualité visuelle, géométrique et quantitative des emboutis,
- Veiller au respect des procédures assurance qualité et norme ISO,
- Assurer le flux de la production, garant du FIFO,
- Manager son équipe,
- Respecter les cadences,
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement de la machine et des accessoires,
- Vérifier les pièces d'aspect,
- Effectuer des vérifications sur maquette de contrôle,
- Tenir à jour les documents de production,
- Rédiger les rapports de production
PROFIL REQUIS:
- Capacité à manager son équipe
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Aptitude au permis cariste et pontier
- Prise de recul et sens de l’analyse
- Capacité à réagir avec souplesse et flexibilité
- Avoir envie d’apprendre et de progresser via le parcours de formation interne
