Receptionist- Plastic Surgery

 

This isn’t a traditional front desk role. Reflection’s is looking to hire a full-time, Plastic Surgery receptionist to join our St. Luke’s team. *Must be flexible and able to travel between various St Luke’s locations in the Tampa Bay Region (Tarpons Springs and Clearwater)* We’re seeking a polished, service-driven professional to shape the patient experience from the very first interaction. As the face of our practice, you ensure every patient feels welcomed, understood, and confidently guided throughout their journey. The ideal candidate combines professionalism, warmth, and operational excellence—someone who knows exceptional service lives in the details and sets the tone for every visit.

 

 

Front Office Experience and Patient Flow

Manage patient check-in and check-out with accuracy and efficiency

Guide patients through their visit, ensuring clarity on next steps so they feel informed and at ease

Support a smooth, on-time flow of the daily schedule

Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-ups with precision

Balance provider schedules while optimizing patient access and flow

Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively problem-solve

Answer phones with clarity, confidence, and professionalism

Collect payments in alignment with practice policies

Ensure patient demographics, insurance, and documentation are accurate and up to date

 

 

2 years of experience in a medical office, aesthetic practice, or customer-facing service role preferred

Experience with EMR systems preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour. 

Monday – Friday 8am-4:30 p.m.
