  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to operationalize workforce plans, ensuring timely execution of headcount actions and providing real-time insight on capacity, risk, and execution readiness.
  • Own local people governance for the Richmond site, ensuring compliant, consistent application of HR policies, standards, and approved local exceptions.
  • Advance the local associate experience through listening channels and people analytics to set priorities and guide decisions.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Undergraduate degree required; 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience required; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
  • Broad HR generalist expertise, including employee relations, compliance, talent, and engagement, with the ability to independently translate global standards into locally compliant practices.
  • Skilled in coaching and influencing People Leaders on sensitive matters and driving adoption of modern HR operating practices, including self-service and case management.

  • Continuous improvement and process oriented, with familiarity applying lean principles, structured problem solving, and people data/associate insights to Human Resources in a measurable and sustainable way.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Providing direct and actionable feedback, support others in facing difficult situations/decisions while willing to do the same, and champion potentially unpopular ideas based on strong judgement.
  • Experience operating in a complex, matrixed, and global organization.
  • Experience in regulated environments, managing HR governance (legal entity, audit/regulatory, crisis response) with high confidentiality and integrity.
