✅ In this role, you will:

You’ll spend your time writing and maintaining clean, scalable code in Java or Kotlin, depending on where your team’s focus lies.
You won’t just "code to spec", you’ll use Domain-Driven Design to build features that actually map to the real-world problems we're solving.
You’ll help us modernize and refactor legacy parts of our system, ensuring everything stays healthy and performant as we grow.
You’ll help raise the bar for the whole team by creating solid testing strategies and participating in a code review culture that’s about mentorship, not just nitpicking.

You enjoy digging into complex technical puzzles and finding the most elegant way to solve them.
You have a quality-first mindset, but you’re also pragmatic—you know how to balance perfect code with the need to deliver real value to our users.
