Job Description
We are seeking a performance-driven digital marketing professional with a strong foundation in paid media strategies, especially in the retail media space. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of experience managing performance-led campaigns across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic media (including Display, Video, Native, and Audio), along with hands-on experience or familiarity with retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, Target Roundel)
Candidates should be comfortable using Excel for data analysis, budget planning, and campaign optimization. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered. Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are critical for success.
