We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Team Leader to oversee dispatch operations. This role is critical in ensuring efficient coordination of drivers, maintaining high service standards, and supporting continuous improvement across our logistics network.

- Lead and manage a team of Driver Support Specialists to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Provide coaching, support, and performance feedback to team members
- Maintain flexibility in work hours to support all shifts (primary schedule is days)
- Support the implementation of new communication technologies, including AI-enabled tools
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., Business Management)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations; logistics/transportation industry experience is an asset
- Experience in daily management and team leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making under pressure
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
- Proficiency in dispatch software and general computer systems
