Overview We’re hiring a Senior Campaign Lead to own end-to-end campaign delivery for a major brand across an enterprise marketing automation stack (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign/AJO, Marketo)

You’ll drive process excellence and governance (intake → build → QA → launch → reporting), coordinate dependencies across internal teams and multiple external agencies, and bring strong expertise in personalisation and CRO (conversion rate optimisation)

Experience working with an offshore delivery team is a plus

Key

Own campaign delivery from brief to launch:

, estimation, scheduling, build coordination, QA, approvals, and deployment

Manage campaign calendar, prioritisation, and trade-offs across multiple stakeholders and agencies

Ensure campaigns meet business objectives, brand standards, and agreed SLAs (timeliness, quality, traceability)

Design and continuously improve the campaign operating model: intake, prioritisation rules, approval workflows, change control, and release cadence

Implement best practices for templates/modularity, documentation, naming conventions, and reusability to increase speed-to-market

Define delivery KPIs (cycle time, throughput, defect leakage, rework rate) and drive measurable improvements

Coordinate dependencies with external agencies (creative, media, analytics, data/CRM, web/app) and ensure timely handovers and aligned deliverables

Run joint working sessions and integrated timelines (creative delivery, tracking

, audience/data sign-off, legal/compliance approvals)

Maintain a single source of truth across vendors (shared tooling, standard briefs, SLAs, RACI, clear handover points)

Experience working with offshore teams (e.g., developers/QA): clear handovers, shared documentation, overlapping ceremonies, and quality gates

Ability to set expectations and SLAs, manage time-zone constraints, and ensure consistent delivery standards across locations

Required experience & skills Senior experience leading enterprise-scale campaign operations/delivery for a large brand

Exposure to marketing automation platforms (SFMC ideal, or Adobe Campaign)

Proven experience optimising campaign processes (intake, prioritisation, approvals, QA, release cadence) and improving delivery efficiency

Experience collaborating with multiple agencies/vendors and managing interdependencies

Strong delivery management skills: planning, estimation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and conflict resolution

Nice-to-have Familiarity with analytics/experimentation tooling (Adobe Analytics/Target, GA4, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)

Multi-market / multi-language delivery and/or regulated industry experience
