People Learning & Development Staff

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop and implement learning & development plans, programs, and activities
• Design and customize training courses based on IDP and organizational needs
• Liaise with external training providers and instructors to ensure effective program delivery and logistical arrangementst.

EDUCATION

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development (HRD), Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, or a related field. Applicants from other disciplines will also be duly considered.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resource Development (HRD), Human Resource Management (HRM), Organization Development (OD), Knowledge Management (KM), or Learning Organization practices. Experience in the petroleum, petrochemical, or related industries will be considered an advantage.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Proficiency in English, particularly in reading and writing, is required.
