What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality preventive and periodontal care
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, screenings, and periodontal evaluations
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and long-term disease prevention
- Build trust through compassionate, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with doctors and team members to create comprehensive treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
What You'll Bring
- Active California Dental Hygienist license
- Current CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
- Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health.
- Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment.
- Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient.
- Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.
Qualifications
Who We’re Looking For
- A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes.
- Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
- A current CPR certification
Compensation
$55-$65 per hour
