Internal / Family Medicine Physician

- Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care for adult patients - Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions - Coordinate care with specialists and hospital-based providers - Participate in preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management - Maintain accurate medical documentation within the electronic medical record system - Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and care teams - Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
