Job Description
Understand NCP’s business environment and objectives.
Interpret and apply internal policies and procedures effectively.
Communicate and deliver information in a business context—both verbally and in writing—in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
Understand and effectively utilize standard equipment, and software tools.
Operate all required steps and activities for designated production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or other applicable instructions.
Possess knowledge of various machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies and regulations, as well as the standards and procedures established by NAPCO.
Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect individuals and property, and to prevent market losses.
