Job Description

In the Business Development Manager position your mission will be to bridge digital technology data & AI focused offerings and solutions of Inetum with customers’ business goals and strategic In this position, we expect you to be driven, passionate and experienced in international sales.

You will be responsible for:

  • selling the company’s IT services to international markets, in particular UK/DACH/Nordic,
  • increasing the company’s sales capacity abroad with a focus on acquiring new customers and cooperation with Business Partners,
  • analyzing customer/market needs, defining requirements and creating new ideas to increase sales,
  • preparation and presentation of value propositions and then commercial offers,
  • negotiation of agreements and contracts for IT services,
  • preparation and implementation of sales strategies,
  • generating leads, but also converting new ones coming from Marketing and Lead Generation Team (separate Sales unit) into clients,
  • building long-term partnerships with customers and business partners.

The perfect candidate is a person who has:

  • 4 or more years of proven customer acquisition and sales experience, including 2 years of experience in customer acquisition and sales of broadly defined IT services (both custom-software development and services in the T&M model) in international markets with focus on Germany/UK
  • experience in selling solution from widely understood Data and AI area (ideally with experience of Microsoft and/or Databricks technology stack
  • aim at achieving the set sales targets (target: Bookings/New Logos/Margin),
  • a proven track record of success in business development and the acquisition of new customers/ABs in international markets,
  • highly motivated and committed to working in an international customer/BP environment,
  • strategic sales planning skills,
  • understanding and existing network on target commercial markets: UK/DACH/Nordics
  • fluent knowledge of English with German 
  • high personal culture,
  • innovative ideas and ways of acquiring customers. Being active in social media is an advantage.
