We are seeking an Early Talent Relationship Manager to lead early career talent strategy across the Eastern United States. In this highly visible role, you'll help shape the future workforce of a global organization by driving our nationally recognized internship and early career programs, partnering with business leaders, and creating pathways that connect top talent to rewarding careers. With more than 60 years of internship program success and strong executive sponsorship, you'll have the opportunity to elevate an already industry-leading program while making a measurable impact on business growth and talent outcomes. Reporting to the Early Talent Development Manager, you'll serve as a strategic partner to leaders across multiple divisions, leading regional talent pipeline initiatives, campus strategies, internship experiences, and early career development programs. How you'll make an impact Lead the early talent strategy for the Eastern U.S., helping shape the future talent pipeline for Gallagher. Partner with senior business leaders to identify workforce needs and develop innovative recruiting and development strategies. Build and strengthen relationships across divisions to drive alignment, engagement, and accountability for early talent initiatives. Oversee regional campus recruiting strategies, university partnerships, and talent attraction efforts. Lead workforce planning activities, including internship and early career hiring targets, allocation planning, and performance tracking. Analyze program data and participant outcomes to continuously improve recruiting effectiveness, program impact, and ROI. Deliver exceptional internship and career development experiences that inspire and retain high-potential talent. Collaborate with leaders and program participants to provide coaching, development opportunities, and career guidance. Champion innovative ideas that enhance the candidate, intern, and early career employee experience. About You What Makes You Successful Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining emerging talent. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with the ability to engage everyone from interns to senior executives. Experience leading large-scale talent, recruiting, HR, or development initiatives across multiple stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions and improve outcomes. Exceptional project management and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while balancing strategy and execution. Preferred Experience 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting, talent management, HR business partnering, organizational development, or workforce planning. Experience supporting university recruiting, internship programs, early careers, or talent development initiatives. Bachelor's degree required. Willingness to travel up to 30% throughout the Eastern U.S. Financial services, insurance, or professional services experience is a plus. Why Gallagher? The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
