
Senior Analyst, Enterprise Sales Analytics
Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
- The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Sales Analytics is an individual contributor role responsible for developing and delivering high-quality sales analytics and insights in support of Global, Americas, and Business Unit leadership. Working closely with the Manager, Enterprise Sales Analytics, the Senior Analyst plays a key role in building executive-ready reporting, conducting advanced analytical work, and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of enterprise-level sales data and insights.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enterprise & Executive Sales Analytics
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level sales dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs; tailored for the use case and audience, for senior leadership consumption.
- Support the delivery of accurate and consistent analytics across pipeline, bookings, shipments, and performance views.
- Assist in translating complex analytical findings into clear, decision-ready narratives for executive audiences.
- Global Reporting Coordination
- Collaborate with global reporting teams and dataset owners to align on enterprise metrics, definitions, and assumptions.
- Partner with Business Unit and regional stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure analytics reflect local business realities.
- Support efforts to reduce duplication and inconsistency across reporting outputs at the enterprise level.
- Advanced Analytical Problem Solving
- Conduct complex analytical work involving ambiguous requirements, incomplete data, or multiple stakeholder perspectives.
- Apply analytical rigor to evaluate data tradeoffs, surface risks, and recommend appropriate analytical approaches.
- Validate and pressure-test insights and conclusions prior to executive consumption.
- Analytical Rigor & Attention to Detail
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise analytics through thorough validation and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies across pipeline, bookings, shipments, and performance views.
- Clearly document data limitations, assumptions, and risks associated with enterprise analyses.
- Collaboration & Professional Development
- Work closely with the Manager and team members to support enterprise analytics priorities and deliverables.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand analytical skills and deepen knowledge of enterprise sales data.
- Contribute to a high-performance team culture by sharing knowledge, best practices, and analytical approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
- 5-7 years of progressive analytics experience in a business or enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering analytics and insights for senior or executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency with enterprise analytics and visualization tools, including Sigma, Python, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, enterprise-scale analytical environments with strong attention to detail.
